Samsung will hold its annual developers’ conference next month. It has provided additional detail about the SDC 2018 sessions today. SDC 2018 sessions will focus on some key technologies
Bixby will be in focus at the event. Samsung’s AI platform will be the subject of several sessions. Key leaders from the Bixby team will explain the technology in detail and outline the vision for its future. Developers will be able to learn the fundamentals of developing for Bixby.
SmartThings is Samsung’s platform for connecting and controlling smart devices. It was unveiled at SDC 2017. Samsung will also demonstrate the many ways that this platform can be integrated with more devices.
Samsung will also be talking about gaming during its developers’ conference. It launched the Galaxy GameDev program two years ago at SDC 2016. The program offers developers the support they need to prepare their games. Samsung will introduce new tools this year to aid their creativity. The company will also provide a behind-the-scenes look at how its partnership with Epic optimized Fortnite for Galaxy devices.
